If you have received an email to advise your order is complete, this means the order has been completed and is on its way.

If you have chosen free delivery to School and the School is closed for the holidays, we will deliver as soon as the School re-opens to accept deliveries. This is usually an inset day or a date agreed with your School.

Please allow 24 hours from receiving the email before going to collect the order from School.

 

Unfortunately we can’t amend orders or make any changes to your shipping method once an order has been placed.

If you have submitted your Schoolwear order and received your confirmation e-mail from Gooddies, you can cancel your order provided that it has not yet entered the PROCESSING STATUS. This can be checked by logging into your account and checking your order status within the order history page. If you wish to cancel your order, please email [email protected] with the word ‘CANCEL’ in the subject field, also quoting your name and order number on the e-mail. Once your order has been processed we can’t make any changes.

Yes we do accept returns.

We recommend you take advantage of the sizing set in your school prior to placing an order, this ensures you will receive the correct size for your child first time.

You can return a product to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The product must be unwashed and unworn so the garment can be restocked and resold.

Please ensure you enclose a copy of the Packing slip you received with the order so there is no delay in processing your refund.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning any items back to us as we cannot issue a refund for any items we do not receive.

We refund to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 days for the refund of your item.

Please note we do not offer an exchange service you must reorder.

Yes you can, in fact we encourage you take a look and choose the correct size for your child before placing your order.

Most schools will have a sizing set in the school office so you can feel the quality and ensure you order the correct size first time.

We collect orders from all parents or carers over a two week period to allow everybody enough time to place their order.

Once the deadline has been reached we then process all the orders for your School, embroider them, and despatch to your School or your chosen address.

Our deadline dates are as follows:

Orders placed before midnight on the 15th of the month will be delivered approximately the end of the month.

Orders placed before midnight on the last day of the month will be delivered approximately the middle of the following month.

Please see below and allow up to 20 working days from cut off during the busy months of June – September.
